回帖：登录Primavera Administrator，\Web Services\Security\ 在Authentication中选择开发模式。

- 如果你选 usernameToken，就把 Message Protection 中所有的 true 设为 false。（较简单）
- 如果选择其他，相应的设置要设置成 true 还有 keystore，具体看web services 的 adminguide 还有 http://docs.oracle.com/javaee/1.4/tutorial/doc/Security6.html （较复杂）

保存设置后，记得重启你的web services服务，再运行demo就应该没问题了。
