系统集成P6 R81 webservice中出现的问题

最近新接手了一个系统，需要使用webservice集成P6系统。在部署测试开发环境时出现些问题想请求各位大牛们帮忙。首先，webservice、p6和PR部署都已成功。但是调用webservice时报错错误为： [attachment=2591]
用户名令牌权限认证模式 usernameToken profile for authentication而且数据库是直接从正式生产环境中导入后，修改了配置中数据库地址配置的。我的程序调用生产环境的webservice得到了正确的返回值，但调用了测试环境报错。请各位大牛指点下可能出现的错误或者修改方法，先行谢过了~~！！

把 Web Services > Security > Authentication > Username Token Profile > Nonce > Required Nonce 设成 false 和 Web Services > Security > Authentication > Username Token Profile > Created > Required Created 设成 false
或者
分别把 Nonce 下的 Nonce Cache Timeout 和 Created 下的 Timeout 值相应调大

保存，退出，重启web services服务
