【求助】P6R83安装遇见的问题

安装Oracle Database 10g Express Edition数据库成功后，想利用软件里面P6_R83_Client_Applications\database文件夹下dbsetup建立PM模块数据库，但是遇见问题：
Missing permission:DBMS_REPUTIL.
Run the manual script first → manual_script _before_install.sql

请问如何解决？
manual_script _before_install.sql文件该如何运行？

To resolve this issue:

Log into the Oracle instance using SQLPlus or equivalent with the sys user (sys/password@OracleInstance as Sysdba)
Run the following script against the database:
- If using P6 EPPM:
  - If creating a new database, run manual_script_before_install.sql from database\scripts\install\PM_08_03_00 folder
  - If upgrading an existing database, run manual_script_before_upgrade.sql from database\scripts\install\PM_08_03_00 folder
  - Note: Before running the script, open the script in a text editor and replace the reference to the system user if not using system as the DBA user to create the database.
