y - To assist with dispute resolution services, including construction scheduling, delay and disruption analysis.
- Tasks, usually in the context of litigation, span from research and fact-finding to detailed analysis, quantification of delay and damages, economic modeling, and case strategy.
itmQH\9 8 Experience and Qualifications Required:
B}A7Usm - Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Extensive delay experience expert witness work, claims review and preparation, contract administration, scheduling and project management is expected, although this is flexible for high calibre more junior candidates.
- Experience on rail / heavy civil infrastructure projects highly desirable
- Master's degree or 4-year college degree in building construction, engineering or other related field is highly desirable
- Strong skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access, as well as scheduling software such as Primavera and Microsoft Project;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English as primary language)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a member of a team
- Flexibility & demonstrable creative problem solving skills
