安装Oracle Database 10g Express Edition数据库成功后，想利用软件里面P6_R83_Client_Applications\database文件夹下dbsetup建立PM模块数据库，但是遇见问题： n[@Ur2&)

应该是安装程序有问题，重新下载一个安装程序试试。

To resolve this issue:

1. Log into the Oracle instance using SQLPlus or equivalent with the sys user (sys/password@OracleInstance as Sysdba)
2. Run the following script against the database:
   • If using P6 EPPM:
     • If creating a new database, run manual_script_before_install.sql from database\scripts\install\PM_08_03_00 folder
     • If upgrading an existing database, run manual_script_before_upgrade.sql from database\scripts\install\PM_08_03_00 folder
     • Note: Before running the script, open the script in a text editor and replace the reference to the system user if not using system as the DBA user to create the database.
